These Terms of Use are intended to regulate your behavior when using this application. By using this application, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of License

Clipster grants you a limited license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not decompile, modify, redistribute, or use the application for commercial purposes.

2. Prohibited Conduct

• You may not use Clipster for illegal, infringing, or harassing activities.
• You may not bypass or damage the application’s security mechanisms.
• You may not copy or distribute application content without authorization.

3. Service Description

• Custom Keyboard Extension: Used only for input functionality. The developer is not responsible for your input content.
• Clipboard Access: Used only locally on the device. It is not uploaded or stored.
• iCloud Sync: If enabled, this feature relies on Apple services. The developer does not guarantee its availability.

4. Pricing Strategy

Clipster’s core features, such as record lists, starring, tagging, automatic extraction, automatic switching back, quick calculator, and more, are all free.

We also offer Clipster Pro, designed to provide users with more advanced features while supporting our ongoing development work.

Clipster Pro is available for purchase and subscription with the following durations and prices:

• Pro (Lifetime): ¥38 (China pricing)
• Pro (1 Year): ¥28 (China pricing)
• Pro (6 Months): ¥18 (China pricing)
• Pro (1 Month): ¥8 (China pricing)

Prices vary by region and currency. Please refer to the App Store for the exact price in your local currency.

5. Purchases and Refunds

All in-app purchases and subscriptions for Clipster are completed and processed through the Apple App Store.

• After a successful purchase, fees will be charged directly to your Apple ID account by Apple.
• If subscriptions are involved, they will automatically renew unless you cancel before renewal.
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings under “Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.”
• Refund policies are set and enforced by the Apple App Store. The developer does not provide refunds directly.

6. User Responsibilities

You must ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations when using Clipster. You may not use this application for any illegal or infringing activities. You are solely responsible for the consequences of using this application.

7. Disclaimer

Clipster is provided “as is” and does not guarantee full compatibility with all devices or system versions. The developer is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of this application.
